Hello, and welcome!  I’m so excited that you’re here.  Perhaps you are experiencing dissatisfaction in your life, or perhaps you are unhappy with how some (or much) of your life is going. Maybe you are looking for a way to make better decisions, improve difficult relationships, or stop the self-criticism that persistently plays in your mind. Maybe you are ready to take yourself seriously and build a better life. Paying attention to the internal invitation to tend to your growth requires vulnerability and curiosity. It takes courage to truly show up for yourself and risk joy.

I’m Corliss Ivy, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Integrative Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, based in Illinois.  I’m most passionate about helping people make a better relationship with themselves.  As human beings, our number one motive is to own our own minds, and create our happiest, healthiest lives.

One of the ways that we can pursue this goal is to get curious about the following questions:

  • Are you honoring the core, authentic being of who you are?

  • What moves you towards action, and what gets in the way?

  • Is your life aligned with what truly matters to you?
